Its flowing lines evoke movement, warmth, and celebration, inspired by the timeless rituals of sharing food, wine, and meaningful moments. More than a logo, it embodies the connections, experiences, and memories that define NOI DUE.

Beyond the initials, the shape naturally suggests elements associated with the restaurant experience. The curved connection can be interpreted as the stem of a wine glass, the silhouette of a wine decanter or the motion of a corkscrew opening a bottle, subtle references to wine culture, fine dining, and shared celebrations. These
interpretations reinforce the brand’s connection to hospitality without relying on literal imagery.

Over time, the monogram revealed another layer of interpretation. Beyond its abstract and universal form, the symbol can be seen as a subtle reference to Gimel (ג) and Alef (א), the Hebrew letters associated with Golan and Imma, the two founders of Noi Due—two souls coming together to create the brand.

From another perspective, some see the fluid form as a wave, symbolizing movement and growth, flow, smooth operations, continuous motion, and an organic push forward. Others recognize the shape as the Roman numeral II, or simply the number 2, representing the two founders at the heart of Noi Due.
